To Order:
- Left click on the type the item you wish to buy from the Category list in
the left column.
- Left click on the name of the item you wish to buy.

Enter the Quantity
as required.
- Left click the Add to Cart button.
- Left click the arrow by the Shipping button and select the Shipping.
- To continue shopping on the site, left click the Continue Shopping button.
- To complete your purchase, left click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Enter your Shipping Details
- Enter your Billing Details or left click the (same as above) box.
- Left click the arrow by the Patment Method button and select your
preferred payment method.
- Optionally enter any message in the Message to Seller box.
- Left click the Submit button.
- Pay through your preferred payment method.
Postage and Packaging ABD (Advanced Building Design ltd) normally delivers using Royal Mail signed for packages, but reserve the right to use other couriers where fast delivery or other options are favourable.
ABD normally packs and ships items within 4 working days of payment, for delivery by the 6th working day.
Our standard five working day delivery is not guaranteed. To guarantee delivery on a specific date or within a specific period, a specific delivery option must be selected. Where other options are not selectable, please contact us for a quote.
ABD my be unable to supply the ordered goods within 12 working days due to stock outages, manufacturing problems, transport problems (strikes, weather, etc) or other circumstances beyond our control (Acts of God, war, and so on).
As soon as this delivery problem is known, you will informed of the delay by email, telephone or, in the absence of these details, by letter.
You may cancel the order for a full refund or agree to a later delivery date.
The Packing and Postage costs are calculated with respect to the weight and size of the items.
Our policy is to charge the actual cost to ABD for purchasing the packaging, labour to pack, administration to arrange collection/delivery and the shipping charges. ABD excludes all other costs from the P&P charges.

Faulty Goods and Replacements Policy
Where
the item supplied is found to be faulty because the item:
-
is
substantively not as described in the related description; or
-
has an undeclared manufacturing
defect, such that it is not fit for it’s standard purpose; or
-
is shown to have been
substantively damaged whilst in transit
then
the faulty item will be exchanged where possible or a full refund will be made,
if:
-
so requested in writing by email or letter within 7 days of the
delivery date and
-
return arrangements are mutually agreed and
-
the faulty item with original packaging is
returned within 21 days of the request.
Where
the item supplied is found to be incomplete
then
the damaged or missing item or items will be will be sent free of charge, if:
The
above conditions will hold unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
We
recommend items being returned are insured and recorded.
Refunds and Returns Policy
There
is a 7-day cooling off period, starting the day you receive the item, during
which you have the right to cancel your purchase, with the following exceptions;

goods
made to your specification;
-
perishable
goods (flowers, fresh food, etc);
-
CDs,
DVDs, and tapes with software, audio or video if unsealed;

newspapers
and magazines;
-
business
purchases, financial services, betting, gaming and lotteries.
Where
you wish to return the item supplied which does not fall under the company's
Faulty Goods and Replacements Policy above, we will refund the cost of the item,
if:

so
requested in writing by email or letter within 7 days of the delivery date and
-
the
item is returned at your cost within 21 days of the written request and
-
the
item is returned in the original packaging.
The
above conditions will hold unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by email or letter.
We
